Well, you learned lesson number one when it comes to tattoos: Never get a tattoo when you’re drunk. It sucks you had to learn it the hard way, though. Really all you can do now is go to a REPUTABLE tattoo artist (a reputable tattoo artist wouldn’t have given someone a tattoo when they were really drunk) and explain your situation to them and see what they could make the j into. Your options are to have cover-up work done or have it lasered off. If you decide to have cover-up work done, the j will disappear right away, but you will always have a tattoo on your neck behind your ear. Luckily it’s small. If you decide to get rid of it completely and have it lasered off, it will cost more money and take a few treatments, but the tattoo will be gone for good. Again, luckily it’s small, so having it removed shouldn’t be too bad. Your third option is to leave the j on your neck as tribute to sometimes smart people do stupid things.

well you cud get it lasered BUT what the guy above forgot 2 tell you is it leaves a scar I have 1 on my back and I only have it a few weeks and im regreting it already =/

but the treatment is expensive, if I wer you id turn I into a cool little tribal or a star or something, and your a girl so maybe not noticable when you got your hair down. :) hope I helped. :)
