If you decide to have cover-up work done, the j will disappear right away, but you will always have a tattoo on your neck behind your ear. Luckily it’s small. If you decide to get rid of it completely and have it lasered off, it will cost more money and take a few treatments, but the tattoo will be gone for good. Again, luckily it’s small, so having it removed shouldn’t be too bad. Your third option is to leave the j on your neck as tribute to sometimes smart people do stupid things.
