How can I calm my anger when im very mad?
Well I 13 and right now im like really angry. When I get mad and angry im like reallly reallly mad & stuff. How di I calm it or control it?
im 18 and I’ve got Bi-polar disorder so I get really angry and very often because im not on any medication yet…but the best thing that calms me down is music…put your ipod/mp3 on or play your favourite album and just try to chill out…might sounds stupid but believe me it works…either that or just go for a walk. What you dont wanna do it lash out at people or hurt urself…trust me…I’ve kicked so many walls to release my anger and have broke my toes so many times Lol its not worth it. Find someone your really comfortable talking to and just talk…about anything and without realising it your subconciously letting out your anger…you might be angry at the smallest thing and making a huge deal of it but u’ll feel better after a good chat. :)
Hope this helps :) Funmail me if you wanna chat :)
Same Here! I just turned 13 and so far I have been pissed at so many people and I pissed off a lot too!
ps3. I think its very helpful to take a personal fitness class or just lift wieghts and stuff. it takes away your anger and makes you feel better.
Seriously realize your only 13 anger & stress are so pointless to waste your energy on . Next time you get angry over something you could easily just ignore slash not care look at yourself & ask why? Only you know why your angry its usually not what your really getting upset about that is irking you but something you don’t want to deal with subconsciously or knowingly either way. Being calm about it working it out wins in the end. If this isn’t the case the above still works just question yourself before the anger don’t get upset over things that are out of your hands. Also could be chronic or mental illness then I recommend seeing a doctor… even then your mind I BELIEVE is strong enough to be better than that for your own well being. =)
another way is to watch funny video’s or talk gibberish to people youll probably laugh
This really help count up to ten or go in your room in your pillow and screammm the anger out
