How can I become really thin in 2 months or less?
I know I’m not fat, but I want to be thiner, and I told my aunt that it will work, and I have no idea what to do! And were meeting in 2 months and I want it to show!
Eat extremely well and excercise A LOT I did that and I got thinner
True, Jules is right dont try and kill yourself by not eating hardly anything. What I do is I walk to and from school everyday which is about a 15 min walk and on weekends I go for a long walk with my dog that sort of thing with healthy eating and occassional treats will get you thinner. Its true!!!
I am not fat either, im going on a diet just stay away from dairy!
Become a vegetarian. Seriously, it works.

if you would like this offer you should have a bowl of fruit salaed or speacil k dont have nothin untill lunch and eat a littel bit with the smallest plate you have then for dinner you can have a speacil k snack or nothin trust me I was 83 and now I am 42

The Special K site does not say you will lose 18 pounds in one month. That is a very unrealistic and unsafe goal. The best way to lose weight is thru a balanced diet and exercise. Cut out the cold drinks and potato chips. Eat more fruit and veggies.
And for God’s sake will you all quit trying to kill yourselves with fad diets!!!
well it might not be two months! I mean that it a long time but still! Anyway just go on a reg. diet!! Like eat less AND EXERCISE!! If you exercise that burns the fat away!! Also, if you don’t eat as much and DON’T exercise that fat that you didn’t burn off will turn into exsass fat SO EXERCISE!!!
I know a great way to lose 18 pounds in a month. im doing it rite now! al you have to do is eat special k cereal or waffles in the morning and replace a meal with a special k meal bar then eat dinner like normal. you can have two snacks but they have to be special k products and you cant eat anything else. go to www.specialk.com to get more info. just stay on it for a month and your 18 lbs will b gone. good luck and oh your calorie intake is 1500 to 1600 calories per day! try sum running or take up a sport. I take ballet so that keeps me pretty fit im 15 and I weigh 116 but I want to be at like 108. every 2 weeks you are on the special k challenge you will lose 6lbs and 1.3 inches off your waste. anyway good luck!!!
