No, I don’t have any tips on how you can become anorexic without your friends knowing! Anorexia is a serious disease and it will cause more problems than you think! Sure you will be thin, but then what? When does it stop? The truth is, it never stops and if you are trying to become anorexic, you should really get informed on all of the negative effects that it will have on you, such a bone loss, hair loss, malnutrition, weakened immuned system, osteoperosis, mood swings, and dry skin! So you will be skinny, but then you would deteriorate on the outside… is that what you want? It is a lose-lose situation! The best way for you to lose weight is to watch what you eat and exercise, don’t go about it in a harmful way that could eventually end your life! You’re worth so much more than that!
