How can I be on a diet with nobody noticing?

I don’t think I’m fat, but Ive been gaining weight quickly since the week before school. Ever since, Ive gained about 7lbs.

But my parents and friends wont let me do it, because they don’t think I’m fat, and neither do I; I just want to lose all the weight I’ve gained. So I need a way to do it without people noticing. And PLEASE dont give me advice on Anorexia or Bulimia! I want it to be a healthy way.

I’m 13 years old, 5”1, and 110-112lbs, and my goal weight is 105lbs.

Well, when your friends are around, and they are eating junk food. SHare with them some more healthier foods. If they say no, then say oh well. and try(i know its hard) but DONT GIVE IN. becauseif you have one bite of junk food, you know what the result will be, you will b right back to where you started.

Dont eat junk food as much. Start eating some more healthier foods. Same ammount of food, just more healthy food. and exercise. job around your neighborhood for a little or dance in your room and do sit ups and ect. If you need anymore help, Im here! [: -katie

hya! well theres exercise and just eat healthy with it if u only wana lose 7 pounds it should lose it quickly. jogging for 10 mins a day is a good one. good luck huni! take care x
