How can I be confident with my weight and size?

Ok hi!!im 5 ft 4 and I weigh between 130-138 I want to lose weight and be more confident!!! I hate my body its not that im fat or anything I just hate my sides and everything I want to lose weight and keep it off!!! And be confident!! Please help mee!!

Liking the way you look does help with confidence, but honestly true confidence comes from within. Take what you like about your personality and turn that into confidence! Love who you are! Losing weight, make up, clothes.. whatever it may be those can all fade away. But accepting, and loving who you are as a person will stay with you.

Now, to lose weight– just remember that being healthy is the most important thing.

There are a few things you can do, but don’t try diets– they are usually just a quick fix, and sometimes aren’t even quick. It’s a whole lifestyle change that needs to happen.

Drink lots of water! Sometimes when we think we are hungry, we’re actually thirsty instead so try drinking a full glass of water before you eat a meal.

Eat multiple smaller meals every day. But be smart about what you eat, don’t think that eating three cookies here and then having an ice cream there counts for your small meals. Think about what you eat! It’s okay to have sweets now and then, we can’t deprive ourselves completely of our cravings, just learn to control them. Fruits and veggies of course, take a look through the health food isle in your grocery store. Healthy food isn’t always bad!

Eating healthy is good, but exercising is important too. You don’t have to work out every day, start out three times a week or so for about an hour. If you don’t like being in a gym, take a walk, or a jog. Try work out videos, experiment with yoga… or even take dance lessons! Anything that peeks your interest, exercise doesn’t have to be boring.

Everyone is different, and what works for you may not work for me, or the next person who reads this. It’s all about finding a healthy routine that works for you and your life. It can be hard sometimes, but you’ll get it.

dont go on a diet! thats reallyyy bad. dont eat 3 big meals a day. eat like 5 small snacks. dont eat until your full. just eat until your not hungry. dont eat just because your bored! and dont skip breakfast because what you eat in the morning has absolutely NO effect on your body. you’ll actually weigh less by eating breakfast than skipping it. and drink lots of water. that helps a lot too!
