How can I apply to Overhaulin show?

My son inherited a 1970 Chevy Malibu from his uncle. My son flew to California when he was 12 years old and helped his uncle work on the car. His uncle told him when he died it was his. The car was hauled to Kansas several years ago and been stored eversince. Never rained or snowed on. Still has original California plates on it. Before his uncle died they occasionally worked on the car together. Overhauled big block engine and installed it. His uncle passed away May 6, 2008. My son plans to overhaul it but who knows when he can get it done. Could really appreciate any help you can give.
