how can get him back?

my husband and I have been so distant, how can I get him to love me how he use too? I cant live like this, if I show him too much love and care he doesnt seem to care much and if im mean and ignore him he’ll ignore me even more=( its so depressing…I dont know what else to do. we’ve only been married 1 year..any advice? thank u.

Marriage counceling is wonderful…it’s like having a translator sitting in the middle so you each can understand what the other is saying…without the other interrupting. They will also give you “tools” to keep your marriage loving and communicative.

If you guys are being distant with each other, I think that you guys really just need to sit down and talk about things. Don’t ignore each other or any of that, it will only push you guys apart more. Communicate your concerns! Try to see if you guys can find reasons and solutions for everything. Plan to do things together; get more involved with each other. If this is something you guys can’t work out on your own, perhaps try marriage counseling? I know it’s a tough thought, but unless you guys try stuff, this will only get worse.
