How to lose weight to be a flyer for cheerleading?

I am 13 and I am trying out to be on the j.v. Cheer squad. I am 107 lbs and 5ft1in. I should be about 18 to 20 lbs lighter. I can’t stop eating anything cause my mom would ground me for life if she found out. Any advice?

join sports eat healthy and don’t snack on things if you want to snack eat fruit or veg and drink heaps of water hope this helps

I’d suggest doing some exercise. Maybe go running or jogging, do some sit ups or push ups. Ask your mom and see if she can help you come up with a good workout regimen. Eat more fruits and vegetables and less junk food. Make sure you don’t eat too fast. Like if you’re naturally a fast eater, then try practicing chewing for at least 10 seconds then swallow or eat in small portions. And keep trying and hopefully you’ll get to your intended weight. You shouldnt have to lose weight to be a flyer because anyone can fly if they know how to do it. You just have to know what to do and how to lock out because that makes you lighter. Food wise, make sure no more than 2000 calories a day, no microwave food, no white flour, and just healthy stuff. no crazy dieting. lol exercise is also important.
