am 21 years old gal..well I have boobs which are loose kinda stuff.I wwant 2 get tighter booobs.please anyone aadvice me how 22 get it.my weight is 77kgss and my body type is like waterbody type..how you get the info…plzz addvice mee

Put your arm in front of you and push the palm of your hands together you should feel your boobs move Slightly doing this as many times as you like in a day will gradually strengthen your boobs making them firmer :)

This is such a funny question. I don’t know whether it works or not, but I once read about a woman who soaked her boobs in ice cold water every morning. I bet its a little painful, and I don’t know if it works or not. But it’s just something that came to mind.

to tighten up your boobs you should exercise your chest by sucking in your abdominal muscles and pushing out your chest. DO this at whatever speed you can and im sure you will have results within one to two months..:)

do benchpress n stufft o work out your chest muscles, that should perk em up. You can also just get into alot of excersing so you have an all round tight body.

Try to move your arms behind your back and in front of you over and over to work out your boobs. [My soccer coach told my cousin to do this because her boobs were loose too]

pecks are the muscles under your boobs…everyone has them, even men…they are actually called pectoralis…you have a pectoralis major and a pectoralis minor…find some exercises that you like that will target these muscles. To get tighter boobs you get a bucket and ley your boobs hang in there for 5 min. No more that 5 min. IT will feel uncomforble for a few seconds but then you get used to it. Do that 2 times a day.

I had the same problem and i was instructed by my trainer to start doing Workouts mainly involving my Pectorials and other upper body muscles.
