I just bought a house, and when I told one of my friends what it cost, he thought it was the deal of the century.
It's a 3 bedroom, 3 level house, with sunporch, attached garage, shed, large backyard, brand new wood burning stove with air filter, and comes with 2 boats and enough firewood to last past the winter. I paid $15, 000. I know that the market here is very low, and most houses go for this price range, but I'm wondering what something like that would go for anywhere else?

I don't know much about the housing market, but I know that $15,000 is not a lot.. AT ALL. Your house sounds great and it actually sounds like its worth wayyy more then what you paid. This is a great deal, you should be proud! Wow!
I know that housing markets are not very good right now but if you go for a house that is 15,000 dollars or then you are good,because most houes regeler or about 99,000,150,000,200,000 or 5500,000 or more then that thou in dollars
Depending on the condition of the house and how old it is, here it would go for anywhere between $150,000. and $250,000...and it wouldn't include the boats.
Wow...you got a great deal, our camper we have cost $15,000.00.
Considering where I live, it's not uncommon to get a deal like this. I live in a village of about 600 people and homes are widely available.
My sister was floored when I told her. She said her car cost more than that, lol
