well a hotspot is nothing more than a zone (bout 50-100 feet circumference) where there is wireless internet or W-lan

you can get one by getting a wireless router and turning it on, viola a hotspot :3

also remember to encrypt the “hotspot” with a password, we dont want anyone stealing your internetz now do we….
