Horderve

How to cook a horderve? I like the pigs in the blanket ones, but I am also having a couple vegetarian guests.

I think bruschetta is the best horderve out there ;) use sliced sourdough bread, and bake. Then seperately, mix freshly diced tomatoes, basil, onion, garlic, a dash of parsley and salt & pepper the mix to taste.

Spread on the sliced sourdough & you’re all set.

Now I want food…

you can do loaded potato skins. those are always good. just bake potatoes and remove the inside by cutting it into spears then spooning the actual white potato out and leaving the skins. then you can load it with cheese and bake again until the cheese is melted, sour cream and chives (bacon is optional) =)
