I was just wondering in the program on tv home improvment with tim allen does anybody know why his neighbour willson that he is always talking to you never get to see his whole face why is that he is always blocking half of his face some way
It showed it after the last episode. For some reason they just wanted a character who never shows his face to keep viewers interested.
