It all depends on your organism … I heard a story about some Isreali special forces commando who managed to run 400 km in the desert with 1 lt of water and no food. At the end he lost his teeth and nails, but he survived :)
Actually you can live several days without water. Three years ago I was on a 66 day fast and didn’t eat or drink anything. Occasionally I woud suck on lemon slices. Actually it is a myth that you even have to drink water. You can get all your natural water in your organic fruits/Veggies. I haven’t drank water for over 3 years.
Thats a bit of a daft question now isnt it.
Just a few, and it will be hellish. Don’t try it.
