When you get hit on in a store, do you get offended or flattered?

It depends on who’s whistling at you ;) It’s not really a compliment if they’re not in your age-range

Usually after a whistle, an ‘oioi’ or a car horn it’s like ‘GTFO old perv’ but after i allow myself a little smile inside like, yay i’m having a pretty day (rare as they aree ;[ aha)

Depends on who’s hitting on me. If it’s like an unattractive old dude then hell no. But if it’s like a cute looking guy near my age then I’d be flattered. I like being noticed sometimes lol

I can’t stand when they whistle or like, ‘’Hey baby’’ I feel like saying: ‘’Look! I just wanna buy my damn cereal!’’. It gets annoying.. But if they were to hit on me in a respectful manner, then I would be flattered. I just don’t like the ‘’mmm fresh meat’’ kind of attitude from them. lol

Agreed…I keep gettin hit on by all ages & really dont like that… Like i was looking for a cell phone & the guy kept staring at my chest rather then making eye contact so I just left! Happened even at the damn groc store…like dude…I just want my damn groc ty for the compliment but I am really doing just fine w/o you makin googly eyes at me & trying to talk to me while choosing my damn vegi’s! :P Its like ok, look but dont stair that is like those creepy cartoons where the male see’s the female as some roast over a fire! ugh! Annoying as hell! :(

Usually flattered. Sometimes I get offended though. Just depends on what the guy says.

I know this is mainly for girls but, I can’t really see myself doing that to a girl, I’ll talk to her, but I won’t whistle at her. That’s just a bit disrespectful, and those type of guys have their minds elsewhere, not in their heads.

It’s always some older guy. Ever since I was 14 it was always someone at least 15 years older than me. I am very rarely amused.

It usually depends on how they hit on me. If they’re being respectable, I have no huge issues with it. I’d be flattered. If they’re being big pervs, though, it just ticks me off. A grocery isn’t the time or place for pervism. xD It’s generally not a place I’d expect to be hit on, though.

Offended where I live now bc most people are married where I live. And its very obvious i’m not a soldier so I would be married to one. So when I get hit on at the px or anywhere on post it makes me mad.

if the Army wanted soldiers to have wives they would have issued them one!!! hehehe

It depends on how old they are. Like if they’re around my age and they say something nice or whistle that’s fine but if they’re an adult i get creeped out and feel very uncomfortable. But most adults don’t call out they just stare which is just plain creepy
