Should I get highlights or Streaks in my hair. And what colour should it be (I am a blondie). I am really stuck, and I’m afraid that I’m going to pick a colour that won’t fit me. So which and what should I get in your opinion?

if you are going for a scene look try pink streaks, or a very light blue
