What to do after high school (read info please)?

So i want to study in The Netherlands, while i live in Belgium. I cant go to university without a scholarship, and i can only get one if i stay in Belgium for a year before going to uni. Now i was wondering, what should i do during that year? Should i work or should i study something for a year? Im really lost please help me.

I would work if I were you. Money is always good- and you’ll need it.

I would definitely work, you will want to save up.

Def work as much as you can since you won’t be in school, and safe money up. Stuff always happen unexpectedly and you might need the extra money. Esp when you go to school the next year you prob won’t be working as much cause you’ll wanna focus more on your studies.

Find a job and save up money. University is not cheap, you will have to pay for your textbooks, food, etc along with tuition.
