High Metabiolism!

Im 14 years old and is 5”8 and weigh about 105. I tried everything to gain weigh that I could think of! I have a really fast matabiolism and it runs in the family. Got any advice? = )

Rather than focus on gaining fat, feed your muscle. It weighs more than fat. Eat every 2-3 hours about 400 calories per meal. that is an average of 5-6 meals a day. Try not to eat 2 hours before you go to bed or keep it very light. Hope that helps.

yeah I started a while ago but I’ve been skinny my whole life but im just tired of every one calling me anorexic and stuff when im not! but ill try to enjoy it while it last bc I prob wont be like this when im 40 lol = )

Try Whey Protein and workout. Protein will help recuperation after workout and build muscle.

have you started with puberty yet?

if not, then that is probably why you can’t gain weight yet. as soon as you start with puberty and your hormones changes, your metabolism will also change and you should be able gain some healthy normal weight by just excercising.

as for now, enjoy the fast metabolism, there are thousands of woman out there who wishes that they were in your shoes.
