it is for a hidden treasure thru a radio sation and no map just 28 clues that are riddles.

how about this clue a pointy thing to the north and east. and a drink that willg et you high beyond an education will help you find the treasure but it’s still no magic wand.

The longitudinal coordinate of the treasure is above it’s latitude coordinate. This means the treasure is either farther north (in terms of degrees, minutes, seconds) than it is east or south.

Here (wherever you found the clue), the treasure is one more longitude than latitude (I would assume they are talking about seconds). If it were degrees or minutes, you would be traveling a few miles.
