GET YOURSELF A JOKE BOOK! Just whip it out whenever you feel the need to be funny.

watch comedy!!! I learned to be funny like that, I was one of the most boring people you could ever be around for years… actually I just recently have been able to come up with my own jokes. They’re hilarious!!! but I learned from watching comedy centraly - the stand up comedians. they show them every friday!!!

The easiest person to make fun of is always going to be yourself. Learn the ins and outs of that and your “humor gland” will mature nicely.

See the humor in everything. Waiting in line at the grocery store? Notice how fast, or slow the check-out person is, you could say to yourself, “ Wow, they’re a dork about work” or “ This person really doesn’t care… :D” Think about what the person behind you in-line is thinking about you, just make it up, “ This guy has a stupid hat on… oh I love it, please give me the hat please give me the hat” (note: this would only work if you were wearing a hat of some sort)

Crazy assumptions are everything. Take everything someone says literally, as a joke, that’ll really open your eyes to the kind of stupid things people say in everyday discussion. For example: “ Man, I got killed at work today, they really had us working hard” You could reply, “ What so you got killed first? Then started working? What the hell is work?”

It’s all about teasing and pointing out the shortcomings of life. Don’t go overboard, you know the boundries.

Also, timing, as always is key.

Don’t resort to pre-written jokes or gags, they go stale before they’re even taken out of your head to use. Also, try to avoid being the guy that constantly quotes routines from stand-up comics and funny movies, it’s lame.

Make fun of Europeans, it’s fair game, ALWAYS. Prefferably IN FRONT of Europeans. They don’t use deodorant
