What helps make pain go away when you have cramps on your period?

Taking panadol may help to numb the pain a little. Have u tried it?

Pain killers, hot water pads, a hot shower, any kind of warmth on that area. You could also try getting on birth control if your cramps are intense, that’s what I did :)

Bananas are good to eat on your period, they give your body some of the nutrients that your body needs during that time of month. Warmth helps too, like heated water packs or a warm bath. Also, I’ve found that besides ibuprofen, exercise helps. I’m not saying running or anything, but instead of curling up in bed like you want to it can really help to just go on a short walk. I hope you feel better!

midol or any other medications that helps with menstrual cramps or ask your doctor to prescribe a type of medication that helps with cramps. I used to have horrible camps to the point that i end up throwing up everytime i start my period. Until my doctor prescribe me a medications that really helped me with my cramps and ect.
