Does anybody know any quick solutions for sleeping?

Ok I’m so over tired that I’m wide awake, but at the same time my body is exhausted, but my mind isn’t because I’m so stressed out… Anybody got any quick solutions?

I read somewhere that trying to stay awake is the quickest way to getting to sleep. I don’t know if this will work, but you can try!!!

im not much of a writer, but one time when I was up the a** stressed, criiing the whole bit, I wrote myself an email and I surprised myself how long and much I wrote, I wanted to just keep going then I reread it… I felt a lil better, but I read when im stressed it gets my mind off of things sence you like to draw… draw it should help relax you…

I know the feeling. you could have a bath to cal you down, or a warm milk with honey, or listen to some relaxing music. you can write things down in like a diary if things are on your mind, it’s often works for me. or sleeping pills

well that sounds depressing… try this out once…: take deep breaths and everytime you inhale keep the breath inside for 5secs. then exhale the same way… do this 10 to 15 times before you go to bed and make sure you don’t think of anything at that moment or it might distract you. drink a lot of water and listen to soft music…maybe just instrumentals… or if you like…read a simple novel…but not at all lengthy make sure..
