My stomach looks like I’m pregnant but I know I’m not I’m a virgin and its like when I eat it gets bigger and I don’t eat that much I can eat a little bit and my stomach looks even more bloated I want it to get flat what can I do its weird I have no rolls in my stomach it just look like I’m pregnant any exercises I could do, and I don’t smoke or drink…

let me tell you, I have the sameee exact problem. but I have chronic constipation. and that would make your stomach swell by just eating a little bit. especially if you feel incredibly full, there’s another sign it could be that. hope I helped.

Sounds like you have a slow mitables. Take it from a college runner. If you work out and eat like fruit for a week or veggies for a week> something that is easy to digest then and drink water. It should work.

mine does that too (most of the time anyway) :( I got it tested and stuff and my doc told me it was probably a slight allergy or intolerance to wheat, and since wheat is in most things I eat, I’ve had to cut down, and tbf there has been an improvement. you dont need to get it tested necessarily, but I would try cutting down on wheat for a couple of weeks, and then switch to cutting down on dairy for a couple of weeks, and so on. see which works best for you. and if cutting down on a certain food group helps with the bloating, stick to it. btw, when I say cut down, I DONT mean cut out - just dont eat as much of that food group. hope this helps!!
