Help with damged hair

I recently dyed why hair dark brown with thick blonde strikes…the blonde is sooo damged!! Any tips on what can help it???

okay well I did the samee exact thing last year. I got a bleach blonde face frame and then tried to make it look normal by getting like regular highlights and darkening that bleach blonde that looked ummm terrible. soo like I got this stuff by John Frieda and it’s an overnight conditioner so you put it in your hair and leave it in over night. my hair was still damaged up untill like this month when I got garneir hair mask thingg and leave un conditioner. I also got some herbal essance thing it’s like the long term relationship thing. those 3 products made my hair like AMAZINGGG. hope your hair gets better :)

get some folic acid supplements from you pharmacy and add some bayrum or/and bergamot oil to your shampoo…it’ll improve the condition of your hair…and also use a hot oil treatment once a week.
