I got new fresh look contacts (blue) and Im not really sure how to put them in and take them out, Anyone have any advice?

Just pinch it a bit make sure it doesnt fall or anything
Keep your eye open and try not to blink. Make sure the contact is wet. Slowly move it into your eye and press it in
