There is nothing in the world that will make it grow faster…hear me people? NOTHING!

You can, however, help it grow more healthy by maintaining a good diet and getting regular trims to remove the dead or split ends. Make sure you never brush it when it’s wet, and comb it gently from tip to root.

lol yeah. I have heard that if you use cool water to rinse your hair with it’ll help it too grow. but idkk lol and how often should I get it trimmed?? I think its been bout a year 4 me lol and yeah I know thats pretty bad right?…and there is sum of my hair that isnt all like leveled out.

You need to trim it every 6-8 weeks…If you’re trying to maintain length, every 6 weeks is ideal, but to allow it time to grow, then every 8 weeks will work better.

A year is pretty bad - you may have a lot of damage that needs to be removed.

I’m lucky enough that my hair is so long I can just grab the ends of it and trim it in a matter of 30 seconds.

you need to just wait for it to grow, and trim the split ends, it grows faster that way. I have long hair, all the way to my waist, and I trim the split ends every once in a while. so, basicly what they said up there. hope this helps! bye! :)

keep it healthy & horse tail will also help grow it faster but it does put you at a bit higher risk for kidny stones but that’s if you eat a WHOLE bunch just like a pinch every one to 2 days will help 1_~
