Is it normal for her period to come twice?

my girl friend just had her second period in one month. she had it the 1/12 and now in 1/26. she is currently on birthcontrol pills and has had been for a while. this is the first month she changed brands. is is normal or are we going to be parents?

Irregular periods can happen when switching birth control. I assume that the dosage of hormones are different in the other brand, this would explain the double visit from Aunt Flow. Bleeding typically is NOT a sign of pregnancy.

If you two are still worried then she might want to take pregnancy test, just to reassure the both of you.

no test needed…she was right with her first opinion.its just irregular thats all.with two periods…the last thing you need to be worried about is a baby.
