Help me please how do I deal with this

How to deal with pain?what can I do to take away this pain inside me thats killing me I feel like I jusy wanna dissapear like seriouslt its to the point were kilin thoughts come and go I cant deal withy it anymore what should I do?I dont wanna talk to nobody about it I swear I feel like im going crazy my mind keeps racing what to do?and then I have pain please help me people im just going crazy what should I do?I just wanna dye

Do you know what’s causing the pain inside? Sometimes trying to work on the things that causes you pain is the best way to go about it. If there’s something in your life making you upset, have you tried working out the problem? If it’s something you feel you aren’t ready to work on yet, you could try expressing how you feel through writing in private blogs or journals, asking for support here on what’s going on, or even writing how you feel on a piece of paper (then ripping it up later).

Whatever the case is, though, if this is getting in the way of your daily life and you feel it is serious, I really think that you should consider talking to someone about it. It’s not always an easy thing to do, I know from experience, but it can help immensely.

I have that , what you need is someone to talk to and let it all out, I’ve got someone like that on funadvice who listens to me and helps me for reasons I cannot exactly explain in this answer…but anyway, good luck, and if you ever need somone to talk to , to help you, funmail me…
