–DON’T! you’ll hurt yourself by just ‘shoving’ stuff up stuff..

start off slow. .. with two fingers. one, if those two don’t feel comfortable. the more wet it gets, satisfy yourself more by going faster or adding more fingers. occasionally, its done with two or three fingers. don’t aim for four or five.

your “g-spot” is a rough patch that’s like… at the top of the inside of your prives.
