can i go to the doctors without a medi care card? and if i can does it cost lots of money coz i need sumfin to make me stop thinking botu killing ppl n killing myself and gettin so angry i cnt control myself.. is there anyfin i can do my parents dnt undertsnad they are fu**ed ive only just admitted to depression after i relised what ive been put frew, its like a never ending nightmare, i feel like im drowning and i cnt die but i cnt get out and breathe its ahh i cnt take it grrr .. and does any one have a goood way of gettin rid of anger?
If your still in school, seek a counselor. You may not only be suffering from depression but it sounds like you could be Bipolar. I am no therapist but I do think that you need to vent your frustration until you do find some professional help. I find that expressing my feelings through art tends to get my mind off of that which troubles me. I’m glad that you realized there is something wrong, but please talk to someone about this before you lose control of it.
