I had that before and it will go away depending on how you got it.. like wit me I was wit my guy and he drunk a beer like right before he gave me oral and it got like that but that was because the beer irrtated it but then it went away in like the next 2 days weird and it hurt but ya

If it’s just randomly swollen you should see a doctor but if it’s a bit swelled from rough sexual tension just hold a hot cloth on it and basically wait, it should be fine.
