Is this pimple on my vagina a STD?

Well.. I have had sx about a month ago and I dont think the guy had any kind of std’s.. but now I see that I have some kind of it looks like a pimple but its not very big.. on the outer lip of my vagna.. I need to know what it is.. I think I’ve had it before but it went away and im just kind of worried now..

Could just be a pimple. Tough to say.

Keep in mind that many times people have STDs without showing any signs or symptoms. So you can’t assume he is clean just because he looked clean or anything like that.

You should visit your ob-gyn to get checked out. You’re supposed to be going to the ob-gyn anyway if you are sexually active.

Also, investigate the herpes virus. There are many versions of this STD. Canker sores on your mouth are one kind of herpes. There are many others. If the pimple looks and feels like a canker sore, it could be a strain of herpes. Much like canker sores on your lip, all herpes outbreaks come and go randomly like you suggested.

I’m not an expert on all the variations of herpes, so go to an Ob-gyn doctor and find out! You should visit the doctor while the pimple is there. That might be the only way to check it out. Always carry a condom with you, and use it!
