how do I lose weight fast

I fell super fat im 5’7 and wiegh 141 pds. how do I lose weight fast cause most of its is in my butt and thighs

would you rather it be in your stomach instead? like hello loll.. the butt and thighs is where every girl would prefer their fat to be! and umm.. try the fat smash diet. I’m on it.. its only day one but I know itll work. 9 days of fruits and vegies prepared any way you like.. make sure the fruits raw.. lots of water and tea… DONT SKIP MEALS (3 meals , 2 snacks … all consisting of fruits , vegies and spices..) cinamon is good spice for fruits. only do this if your sure you can.. cause its not easy.. thats only phase one.. look up fat smash diet instructions and you shall see the other phases after the nine days and what to add on to your diet! its a diet where you slowly put back in the other foods so you dont gain weight back! you also excersize during but read it and it will tell you what excersize to do ! its not hard excersize.. atleast not for the first 9 days which is when youll lose the most weight. this diet probably wouldnt be reccomended. the first nine days is detox.. it cleans out your system and after nine days youll feel reaaally good..

by the way you are not fat! your less then me and I’m not fat. my goal weight is 134lbs.. I’m 5’6 that isnt much different then you at 5’7 being 141lbs. come on now :P learn to love your body.

Um, that’s not super fat…Don’t venture into the world of eating disorders, I was Bulimic, I know…you probably just need to tone or something. I’ve seen a nutritionist for a few years solid and have learned that the key to real* weight loss is a combo of being active, water drinking, the elimination of as much sugar as possible, lesser intakes of things like breads/carbs, and lots of Protein so you won’t want to eat more, not that you do now, just that carbs=cycle. They make you want more of them and it is very hard to detox. ..and

MORE IMPORTANTLY THAN ANYTHING:

Positive frame of mind. I’ve followed the readings of Louise Hay and Dr. Wayne Dyer and The Secret for a long time and have found that when you are ‘out of touch’ that it is a cycle as well. Negative thoughts will bring you down and continue to manifest if you don’t stop them. I know you don’t have money to spend or anything, but just remember, the smallest steps can make the biggest differences. : )

Affirming thoughts in the morning and throughout the day are key to growth.

Try adding some affirmations into your day, some positive words, and using upbeat music to stay active, don’t give up…and don’t weigh yourself too frequently. happy

Just eat healthy, drink lots of water, and exercise.

& you’re definitely not fat. I’ve been suffering with an eating disorder for a year now, and it is the hardest thing to stop and to deal with. so neverrr head in that direction.
