there is now way to dump a person softly being dumped by the person you love will always hurt You should tell him why you dont think th both of you should be together and hope he understands But if the reason is a selfish one he might take it very hard

Wow it doesnt really matter how you get dump the hurt will always be the same…But if you continue seeing him knowing that your not into him is even worst,so just tell him thats as much as you love him your just not ‘in love’ with him and that it makes no sense to keep being in a relationship where you know he’ll just end up getting hurt in the long run. and dont bother to play the ‘lets remain friends’ card let him decide if he still want to be friends with you after this…all the best…

Tell him you think of him more as a friend than as a boyfriend. Tell him you are sorry you hurt him but you want to be honest and you don’t want to waste his or your time in a realtionship that is not working out for both of you. Do not stay his friend as this only keeps the door open and keeps his hopes up for reconnecting with you.Do not have contact with him at all.
