Losing weight isn't working

okay im trying to lose like atleast 5 pounds by december 10th!!

someone help me!!

and like I want to do it without having to loose my boobage or bootie..lol

because yea I mean they’ve gotten bigger but so has my tummy and thighs..

though my thighs are more toned than fat..I want to reduce those too..but how?!

a workout expert please help!

or anyone!!

im having the HARDEST time losing weight!

I go to the gym and to the track on a regular basis and I try to eat

healthy!

yet its not working!!!

ahhh!!!


how can I keep the weight off once I’ve accomplished it???!!

bc I find it VERY VERY hard to stay the EXACT same weight!

so how do I do it to keep off the unwanted?

and yes I do drink LOADS of water.

just eat fruit or vegetable only for one week.. and tadaaa… you will loose atleast 5 kg ( I dont know how many pounds is 5 kg.. so lol) I already tried it.. but still.. I don’t know.. its really hard tho.. hahaha

make sure you drink lots of water hun…and start running everyday, since were young we require lots of exercise..and yes big macs go straight to the scale..eat healthy portions too!!

Just keep a healthy diet, try not to eat fatty foods, that’s the best advice I can give.

just keep eating healthy and excercising regularly. also what might help is instead of let say eating 3 big meals a day rather eat 6 small meals. Furthermore also when you eat a meal. that really makes a difference to how your body burns fat cause then it isn’t starved and it can work properly.(try eating your largest portion of that meal fruits and veggies, and the rest your meat and all the other stuff that you get :-).)and just keep gymming and excercising. eventually you’ll lose the weight and then your body should maintain it.

ok do not take sexylust’s advice if you do that as soon you stop eating nothing but vegetable the fat will store on your thighs and tummy because your body will store the fat straight away well it looks like you got the exercise part right but are you having 5 portions of fruit and veg a day? make sure you eat carbohydrates as your lunch so they get burnt off by dinner and focus your dinner around protein eat early around 7-8 oclock because eating late will just do no good umm also, not getting much sleep gains weight have a glass of water before every meal at least it helps to eat smaller portions and yeah just keep it up really watever you do DO NOT SKIP MEALS it will just add the fat back on veerrryy quickly so yeah just stick at it and good luck!
