I have been with my bf for like 8 YEARS and i want to leave him cause he dont want children ad he dont want to get married but i dont want to compleatly distory the guy cause he is like my best friend, i know that we wont talk or anything after this is all done and said but i dont want to be compleatly cold about this.

Do what you want. If you want children and marriage more than this guy and if you think that someone else could give you that and you wouldn’t regret leaving this guy than you know what you have to do. Pick whats right over whats easy. You know whats right for you.
