What can I do for my oily skin?

I have oily skin and its driving me crazy! I’ve tried all those facial washes and still half way through the day I look so shiny is there anything else I can do?

Answer #1

Use St. Ives Apricot Scrub. Twice a day. That should take some of the oil out. Don’t use any lotion on your face, and use only spray-on sunscreens as they are oil free. Don’t touch your face during the day with your fingers. The oil from your fingers can go on your face.

Try powder over your makeup, or blotting papers. For blotting papers, blot your skin (makeup or no makeup) regularly. Or try powder over your foundation. But I think blotting papers are better because powdering too much can make it look fake and really cakey. I recommend Clean makeup powder by CoverGirl. I use it over my liquid foundation, and I stay shine-free throughout the day. But more expensive products may work better than that for really oily skin.

Answer #2

Use powder makeup…

It takes the shine away. Just apply it throughout the day and you’re fine = ]

Answer #3

Oily skin can really be frustrating as it gets dull, no matter how much you try to avoid it. Try to drink a lot of water and eat fruits. This will help you to have a healthy skin. Also some exercise might also help. Even I had a very oily skin and I had used almost all the products to avoid it. But after a long time my friend suggested me of Dermasome Hydrate, an oil free moisturizer, which not only controlled the oiliness, but also made it healthy.
