How can I control my online addiction?

My friend is just like that, I think it is normal for quite a lot of people. You could try telling your parents to make sure that you don’t go on the computer or msn, because you want to get more work done, they could help keep an eye on you.

You could also ask your parents to put a time limit on the amount of time you spend on the computer, so that you will feel more pressured to get on with your homework.

better yet, make it a hobby to study away from your pc, like on you a place safe, cool, pleasant (like your garden, beside the pool, etc)… don’t think about anything related to what you used to surf on the net.. don’t kick the bucket out of being addict to the internet.. xp study first before leisure, ayt? xp
