How can I stop picking my nose?

I know this is gross, but I am 13 and still pick my nose! I need to quit but I don’t know how.

And is there anyone Who still picks there nose too?

dont, theres no need to almost everyone picks there nose your nose hairs are filters, they trap a lot of dust, mucus and other things that would end up in you this is called snot apart from blowing your nose, or using a tissue to pickk it out fingers work fine and most people young and old pick there nose, its an easy way to get any snot out

Wear gloves!!! ;) I don’t think you’d want that in your nose!!! ^_^ it should stop after a week or three… o.O
