Worried about my weight

I have this problem like im nt over weight or nuttin bt I wldnt say that im skiny either I want to try dietin bt nuttin wrks for me…im 5’6 and my weight is somewhere around 130sumn im nt worried really bout my weight its that my stomic want go down and I cnt stay on a diet for very long?

work out your abs. it will help to get your stomach down.

The key is to work out your core.. a good way to do that is to use and exercise ball and exercise there.. it automatically works out and streghthens your core because you are having to balance on the ball. Along with that you need to do cardio to burn the fat that could be there! Ab workouts without cardio will not help your stomach go down.

Your weight should be between 117 and 143 pounds. 130 sounds good, so maybe you need to start an exercise program to tone your body and make you feel better about yourself.
