id say im meerely guessing not accounting for natural body type from 130-150 lbs. but thats my vauge statement in my book as long as your happy and can do a fair amount of exersize like say run a block then your in good health

According to the Adult weight chart (can’t use the teen chart because of your height), you should weigh between 117 and 143 pounds. Normal Adult Height-Weight Range Table
Normal weight would be that your BMI is between 18.5-24.9 which is between 115pounds and 154pounds
