Why is my heart fast and missing beats when I'm only 16?

Answer #1

If your heart rate is quite fast it means it is weaker. You could try doing more cardio vascular exercise t make it stronger, take your resting heart rate every morning, it should be around 72, you can always make it better :)

Answer #3

Some people just have naturally fast heart rates, I’m sure there will be nothing wrong, just go back and tell him you do not understand, it is his job to make you understand. If there was no action taken it is probably just genetic

Answer #4

My little sister had this same problem she went to the dr. for an EKG and a stress test for her heart for her anyway they said it was supraventricular tachycardia. Don’t know if that’s your problem but sounds just like hers I’d go to the doctor just to check everything out. My sister is just fine she takes some meds to help regulate her heart rate because it would start racing even if she was relaxing. Either way just call someone to set something up :) and don’t stresss

Answer #5

Phone your doctor and ask to speak to him or her and ask what is wrong. Sometimes doctors are busy and forget to properly explain things to patients. It’s very important that you know exactly what is or isn’t wrong with your heart.

Answer #6

my grandpa has had the same problem all his life and he is still living and working (in the backyard with all his animals) so no need to worry.
