Healthy hair?

Does anyone know about keeping your hair healthy, and dealing with grease and stuff?

well I wash it every 2 days to keep it clean. and I’m studying hairdressing part time at college and when you wash you hair.just before it is nearly dry. spray some detangling spray over you hair and it will keep it shiny for longer!!

thats really all you need to keep it healthy!

Dont wash it with dishwasher soap… thats going to dry it out. Listen to me, I am a thirteen year old girl. I used to have greasy hair!!!

1.) Wash your hair everyday, scrubbing your roots with your nails and rinsing out any shampoo well.

2.) Don’t use conditioner. if you must, keep it on the ends, and not your roots, this will make it greasier. 3.) If it is greasy (and trust me, this is safe and it works) sprinkle a little unscented baby powder onto your roots and shake it up until it doesnt show. this dissolves all of the unneeded oils. 4.) if flatironing, blowdrying, or curling use protectant spray. 5.) to keep hair healthy, I use a leave in conditioner. but if your hair is greasy, do not use this because it will make it oilier.

Well believe it or not grease means your hair is indeed very healthy.

Sure it’s a pain and you have to wash it a lot but try not to do it everyday that can make your hair weak and dull. Every other day should be fine, if you have a really hard time fighting grease a good tip would be to cut back on fast food and greasy foods believe it or not but that can cause really greasy hair.

Also try and wash your hair with dish washer soap and get a good conditioner because that stuff will really dry out your hair OH also conditioner, I think thats spelled wrong but whatever.

When you apply it to your hair keep it again from the top of your hair and make it a very small amount! I have greasy hair, get it from my dad sadly you more you put on the faster you’ll need another shower! Hope this helps!!!

Not sure about the greasey part.. but for healthy hair it’s important to eat properly ie. veggies, fruit, lots of water use a multivitamin and make sure you get a trim regularly.. ie. every 3 -6 mos (depending on how fast your hair grows). Look on Youtube for ideas for treatment hair masks as well, they usually have good hair tutorials.
