Im trying to keep myself busy at the minute and keep my mind off things so I want to start getting healthier, just dont really know what to do???

-Make water your primary drink after breakfast (juice for breakfast) -No fried foods - on grilled or baked -No soda - you would be suprised how bad that stuff is for you. -Don’t eat anything with fructose corn syrup or sugar in the first 4 ingrediants -Add more veggies and fruits to your diet. -Try and cut down on the carbs.
