I think i have sustitus any idea what caused it?

I think I’ve got sustitus as it reallt hurts when I urinate, but I havent had sex in 2 months, so what caused it?

do you fee like you need to pee all the time and you can’t? does it fee like not really a pain as such but a really annoying feeling. then it proberly will be sustituis I’ve had it before. but seen as though you only said it hurs when you urinate and that it doesnt hurt others times then maybe not

Do you have to pee a lot and when you do it hurts and burns? If yes - you most likely have a urinary tract infection. You can buy over the counter medicine to treat it.
