What does an achey arm mean?

hi, for the past 2 days I have had a really achey arm and was just woudering if anyone new maybe what it was before I go to the doctors

it depends which arm … right arm: doesnt mean really anything . maybe pulled somthing

left arm: heart defect, heart struggle, heart attack , clogged arteries , etc
