Headaches for 2 weeks while pregnant

Ok,

I am 32 weeks pregnant and have been getting the same headache everyday for the past two weeks. These headaches are not ones that I have ever felt before. They come on sudden and begin in the neck and move through my head to my temples. They throb and hurt more when my heart rate is increased (for example: when I walk up a flight of stirs , my heart rate increases and the throbbing is more severe.) I don't have a fever, vomiting, or any of that and I just wish I knew what the heck was wrong with me.

I usually get them about the same time each day or within an hour or two after eating in the morning. I have had my blood pressure checked, and a glucose test done and both were normal. I need some help or advice, and I don’t mean the whole “see your doctor” deal. Help please Thanks!

I get tension headaches, which start in your neck, and I get migrains, which have me vomiting bout 20 times there pretty serious, yours seem like a mix of both, my migrains exhaust me and I fell really weak and srry to say it, but not many people have answered so yea mention it to your doctor, I know you dont want to hear that, but I dont think many people will know how to help you.

I got the most intense and longest lasting headaches of my life during the last 6 weeks of pregnancy. They would last about 3 or 4 days and tylenol would not help – and they sound similar to yours – throbbing in the temples. They were quite unbearable… and at the time my doctor just shrugged and said it was normal. Since then I’ve sppken to many women who’ve experienced similar, so if I were you I wouldn’t worry too much about it. Good excuse to get your boyfriend to give you a neck and shoulder massage, diamond! Hope you’e feeling better soon…

I get them… and I’m only 16 weeks pregnant. I’ve been getting them for a couple of weeks. sometimes they can be quite debilitating and definitely get worse after walking up the four flights to my unit at the end of the day (throbbing and hearing my own heart beat in my head)… but other times they are quite mild and manageable. it feels like my neck is out of alignment and my temples hurt and sometimes near my eyes. but they are not full on migraines. I feel your pain. my blood pressure is normal. panadol helps but I try not to take it and often just relax and sleep early and pray that they are gone the next day. for a really bad one I took some panadol and had a little bit of caffein (I’m abstaining from caffeine) and that worked wonders but otherwise I’m just soldiering on. hope you feel better soon and good luck!
