While your taking care of your business. remember to breath. don’t rush. sit or lay but make sure you have circulation going. I get headaches when I hold my breath and run around. it’s lack of oxygen to the brain.

Are they intense and short lasting? High blood pressure. Don’t forget to breathe while you’re doing your thing..
