he isnt saying anything!!! Y!?

ok, so I really like this guy. hes really smart and funny, and just simply amazing. and he likes me back… how do ikno this? well over the past few weeks his best friend has been making it very very very very obvious, plus he told me. I’ve likes him forever. and I’ve been waiting for him forever!!! he knows I like him, and I know he likes me. his best friend always says stuff and calls us love birds and stuff like that. but he hasnt said anything to me! he hasnt asked me out or acted on his feelings and I dont understand y. it snt like we dont know. I mean we always flirt and stuff but like… he just never really told me he liked me. ugh I dont get it! I dont wanna ask him out because im old fashioned and feel the guy should make the first move. what can I do to get him to make a a move? talk to his friend? I mean what should I do!!!???
